On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with TVs and one bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Next to the entrance, a small porch with table and chairs invites you to relax outdoors. Additional amenities include TV, washing machine, books, and toys for children. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available. Please note: there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Firewood for the fireplace is included. All rooms, including the living room, have heating. Outside, you have a private, fenced garden and a barbecue for your exclusive use. At the back, there’s a gazebo with a large wooden table and benches. Guests also have access to the shared area, featuring a playground, mini-golf, basketball hoops, archery, and other toys. There are four parking spaces next to the houses in the communal area; parking on the street is also free. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.
